Abstract

The methods and means for improving the energy efficiency of the milk dryer due to the improvement of the electrical complex have been analyzed. It is shown that more accurate observance of technological process parameters is the main and integral task. It is proposed to estimate the moisture content of dry milk at the exit from the dryer using a mathematical model, the theory of heat transfer and additional measuring tools. Microprocessor implementation and introduction of a humidity control tool into the current electrotechnical complex will ensure a reduction in the time of output to nominal parameters, as well as energy efficiency of the complex without loss in product quality
