Abstract

The scientific basis for an effective environmental safety management system is the monitoring of environmental hazards, the analysis of specific hazardous factors in order to identify the regionally significant components of danger and its sources. The development of scientific principles for the analysis of the formation of environmental hazards and the development of technical solutions for the management of waste in the context of environmental safety management in the region is an actual scientific direction. One of the classes of anthropogenic type of ecological danger is the sociogenic danger associated with the incorrect, incomplete and inaccurate formation of the views of society on the environment and the place in it of a person.
