Abstract

An installation for hydroimpulsive barothermal impregnation of organic materials comprises an airtight impregnation chamber, inside which pressure pads are located, on which the material being processed is located. A fluid pump is made in the form of a piston pump-splitter and comprises a body, in which a springs-loaded plunger working body is located forming in the body of piston pump combined and injection chambers. In the body of a piston pump-splitter a cylindrical annular recess is made which is connected by a hydraulic line through on-off control valve with an airtight bath for impregnating liquid, inside which a heat generating device is located. The bath cavity for impregnation liquid is hydraulically connected through a drain valve with an internal cavity of impregnation chamber. The pressure hydraulic line that is connected to the discharge chamber of a piston pump-splitter comprises two pipelines, in one of which a shut-off valve is located for direct communication with the internal cavity of impregnating chamber and in the second pipeline a check valve and a shutoff valve are in-series mounted. To the pressure hydraulic line a safety valve and control and measuring valves are installed. The combined working chambers of piston pump-splitter are connected to a hydraulic drive system that comprises a hydraulic drive pump and a hydraulic pressure pulse generator to control the working process.
