До оцінки ефективності роботи ремонтно-обслуговувальної бази автобусних АТП

Abstract

On the basis of the analysis of a condition of a question in practice the using of buses on city routes of public transport and domestic scientific and practical developments has been justified the topicality of the increasing of their operational reliability. Unlike the accepted methods of determination of operational reliability with an assessment by her many indicators that demands the collecting of big arrays of statistical data on features of using of the buses on routes and their processing, the author has offered the simplified method.

It was analysed the factors which influence the level of operational reliability and cited the block diagram of a possible control system by it, which consists of four subsystems. The influence of the level of functioning of production base of the motor transportation enterprises (as one of subsystems) on the duration of idle times of buses on the routes for technical reasons was considered. It was offered to estimate the effectiveness of the work of this base by the coefficient of operational reliability of buses through the relation of actually executed fund of time by them on the routes to nominal. On the basis of an interval of a standard indicator of coefficient of reliability it was calculated its actual value which was received by the results about the duration of idle times of buses for technical reasons of the real passenger motor transportation enterprise and the possibilities of achievement of the maximum indicator of reliability.

It will allow to reduce significantly the losses of the enterprise from the idle times of buses on the routes.

The received results indicate an opportunity and an urgent need for increasing of effectiveness of technological base of the motor transportation enterprises, including the strengthening of the responsibility of her control and technical points for technical condition of buses which at the beginning of each change are issued to the line. The important (priority) value at the same time during scheduling of the work of the motor transportation enterprises for the subsequent periods of work should gain the processes of the updating of a rolling stock of park of buses and the modernization of the repair and technological and diagnostic equipment.

The expenses on the realization of it will be covered substantially over time by the effect of the reduction of idle times of buses for technical reasons.
