Abstract

The microelectronic temperature gauge has source of direct voltage and resistor. To the gauge are included thermo-sensitive tunnel-resonance diode, capacitor and passive inductance, at that the first pole of the direct voltage source is connected to the first output of the resistor, first output of the capacitor and first output of thermo-sensitive tunnel-resonance diode. The second output of the thermo-sensitive tunnel-resonance diode is connected to the first output of the passive inductivity to which the first output terminal is connected. The second output of the passive inductivity is connected to the second pole of the source of direct voltage second output of capacitor and second output of the resistor, those form common bus to which second output socket is connected.
