Саморегулювання в Україні: переваги та недоліки в сучасних економічних умовах

Abstract

Study concept and types of self-regulation as the Institute of cooperation between business, professional communities, authorities and consumers. Identifies the main regularities and contradictions accompanying formation of Institute of self-regulation in Ukraine. Justified by the inadequacy of existing economic, ethical and other conditions of tasks of self-regulation at the present stage of development of the national economy. Ukraine should be especially carefully of self-regulation of industry markets, which are characterized by manifestations of monopolies. There is a strong probability that the self-regulatory scheme can be used as an administrative barrier. It is proved that the success of self-regulation in business and professional associations may under such conditions: society is the need for such institutions and has a high level of consciousness, responsibility and ethics among participants; impossible administrative pressure on potential participants; basic legislation about SRO considers, above all, the interests of society, entrepreneurship, professional communities, rather than officials of self-regulatory organizations.
