Abstract

A hydraulic diaphragm pump has drive hydraulic system, pressure mains, body of pump with cover and with diaphragm installed in it, this is rigidly connected to rod, pump chamber with suction and discharge valves, automated hydraulic distributor. The diaphragm forms intermediate chamber with the body. The piston with rod forms with the body drive cavity that with channel is permanently connected to pressure mains, first plate that is rigidly connected with standpipes to the body of the pump and second plate that is arranged with possibility of mechanical interaction with piston and power springs placed with possibility of displacement along guides rigidly fixed on that plate. At that pressure main is connected to pressure line of automated hydraulic distributor that consists of body of automated hydro-distributor that is rigidly fixed on the first plate and plunger that is spring-loaded with respect to the body of automated hydraulic distributor, this is installed with possibility of contact with ball pressed to seat provided in the body of automated hydraulic distributor. The plunger and ball form in the body of automated hydraulic distributor under-valve, over-valve, intermediate discharge and closed cavities. At that the under-valve and over-valve cavities have permanent hydraulic connection to each other and to pressure mains. Closed cavity through throttle is permanently connected to intermediate discharge cavity. Intermediate discharge cavity is connected through hydro-line to intermediate chamber and to sink through head valve and controlled throttle installed in discharge mains. Besides that the piston is arranged with possibility of mechanical contact with plunger-pusher placed in free way, opposite end of that one is placed in under-valve cavity of automated hydro-distributor with possibility of contact with the ball.
