Abstract

Finite-element modeling and research of the stress-strain state of the bearing "Bearing NSH10E-03" of a gear pump has been carried out. At the same time, the following tasks were set and solved: a finite-element simulation of the slider bearing process was performed; the parameters of the stress-strain state were determined; the choice of the method of obtaining the workpiece was made; the development of a modernized technological process has been completed; the cutting modes are determined; the necessary economic calculations of the economic effect of modernization are executed; Work on occupational safety and emergency measures in the area of mechanical processing was developed. The graphic part is developed.
