Abstract

Dissertation is devoted to the decision of scientific task of development and research of a new chart of hydraulic drive of sensible to loading on the base of multimode directional control valve, that provides work of hydraulic drive with high by the indexes of the KOE process of management of hydraulic drive and necessary dynamic and static descriptions. On the basis of analysis of the known charts of hydraulic drives of permanent expense and hydraulic drives of sensible to loading, and also formulated requirements to hydraulic drives of mobile working machines, developed hydraulic drive sensible to loading on the base of multimode directional control valve, that works in the modes of pump unloading, adjusting of expense of stream, maximal expense of stream and defence from the overload. At the developed calculation by a chart the created that explored mathematical model of hydraulic drive. Theoretical researches are conducted on the basis of mathematical model by the MATLAB 6.5 program and by the imitation design in the SolidWorks FloWorks program, executed optimization of parameters of hydraulic drive. Correctness of mathematical model of hydraulic drive is confirmed experimentally. As a result of researches the got project-designer document on multimode directional control valve that improved chart of hydraulic drive of excavator.
