Ротаційна витяжка вісесиметричних деталей з використанням мехатронного приводу

Abstract

There has been presented the special installation, based on mechatronic drive, for rotary drawing of the parts of axisymmetric shape. Application of mechatronic drives provides the possibility of the tool motion according to the calculated trajectories, which ensures maintaining the component forming stability throughout the drawing process. The choice and realization of the tool spatial motion trajectory essentially expands the capabilities of axisymmetrically-shaped parts of rotational drawing process.
