Abstract

A characteristic trend of our time is the appearance of a huge amount of various solid household wastes. The mass of their flow, which annually enters the biosphere, is about 400 million tons per year. One of the most important directions of the state policy of Ukraine in the field of waste management is the protection of the natural environment and human health from their negative impact, ensuring the economical use of resources, harmonization of ecological, economic and social interests of society in relation to the use of waste in order to guarantee sustainable development.
