Abstract

The master's qualification work "Information technology of inventory management in Web-trade" is devoted to the development of information technology and, accordingly, the software that implements it, to solve the problem of efficient management of stocks of the Web store. The technology combines inventory management processes based on the Wilson model with the demand forecasting process on the basis of fuzzy logic apparatus using the Rothstein-Zade intelligent identification technology. The program predicts demand for each type of product and generates optimized schedules for purchasing goods into the warehouse. It takes into account: unit cost, forecasted demand, wholesale batches for discounting, storage costs in stock and its size, as well as the size of the warehouse.
