Abstract

The work is devoted to development of integrated optimal project management system at stages of construction, operation and modernization of productions that are the terminal objects of the project. Put and solved the task of optimal operational optimal allocation of the resource between productions individual products, taking into account demand, conditioned prices and quality product production. Meaningful management with regard to restrictions – calculation of optimum allocation of resources between the steps of process of production development, own production and retail – bringing to the end user. The main program module consists of the routines: optimal aggregating of the resource structure of production, calculation of optimal system development strategy. Simulation of development processes and simulation results analysis is performed.
