Abstract

The subject of the master's qualification work is the technological basis for improving the quality of the reduction of the shaft gear reducer ЦДНД-200. The work consists of five parts: 1. The current state of the scientific problem and the ways of its solution; 2. Investigation of the influence of thermal fields on the process of surfacing coatings on their structure and hardness; 3. Technological principles for improving the quality of the reduction of the shaft of the gearbox ЦДНД-200; 4. Calculation of economic efficiency of innovative decision; 5. Occupational Safety and Emergency Safety. The object of the study is the processes associated with the development of surfacing technology to improve the quality of the recovery of the shaft of the reducer ЦДНД-200. The main objective of this qualification work is to develop technological bases for increasing wear resistance and to restore the working shaft of the gearbox ЦДНД-200. In the work the technological process of restoration of the working surfaces of the shaft of the gearbox ЦДНД-200 was developed and the influence of the thermal fields of the surfacing process on the structure and hardness of the coatings was investigated.
