Abstract

The substantiation of the thesis of ontological definition of communication, teleological and axiological basis of personal de-velopment and methodological basis of pedagogy and education in general has become the result of the analysis of the peda-gogical theory of V. O. Sukhomlynskyi carried out in the article. Despite the fact that V. O. Sukhomlynskyi did not use the term «communication» scientist came close to creating a system of educational communication. The basis of this system is the «ratio in its interaction with the external and internal world» on the basis of ontological and spiritual communication.
