Abstract

In this paper analyzes the building blocks of TCP / IP protocols and 802.11 frames for use in diagnostic tasks. Considered one session packet transmission of useful information between applications using the wireless channel 802.11. It was established that the message length is 2048 bytes. The protocol IP v4 added 40 byte service information, and IP v6 added 60 bytes. In addition, the flow of information can be added service packages protocol ISMR length of 36 bytes. Data Link Layer 802.11 adds 40 bytes of official information and physical layer adds a sequence of length 40 bytes for low-speed mode, 64 bytes for high-speed and 104 bytes for mixed mode.
