Software support of accurately measurement and prediction of laser beam profile characteristics

Abstract

Роботу зосереджено на дослідженні відповідності між функцією деформації та геометричними характеристиками двовимірних зображень профілю лазерного променя і розробленні методологічних підходів до аналізу дисперсії геометричних характеристик сигналу в лазерному сліді та їх подальшого відновлення. На основі розроблених методів здійснено програмну реалізацію оброблення зображень плями лазерного променя в режимі реального часу з підвищеною точністю вимірювання координат енергетичних центрів як складових характеристик профілю лазерного променя.

The research of conformity between deformation function and geometrical characteristics of the 2D images of laser beam profile and development of the methodological approaches for the analysis of the signal geometrical characteristics dispersion in the laser trace and their further restoration is concentrated in the given work. On the basis of the developed methods, the program realization of processing of the laser beam spot images in real time with the increased measurement accuracy of energy centres coordinates, as compound characteristics of a laser beam profile is carried out.
