Abstract

The paper examines theoretical and practical aspects of developing a financial strategy of an enterprise under modern economic conditions. The essence of financial strategy, its role in the system of strategic enterprise management, and its importance for ensuring stable operation and increasing competitiveness are investigated. The main stages of financial strategy formation are identified, and internal and external factors influencing the financial activity of an enterprise are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to effective financial resource management, financial planning, risk assessment, and forecasting of performance results. The importance of strategic financial planning as an essential tool for ensuring sustainable enterprise development in an unstable economic environment is substantiated.
