Аналіз існуючих способів та засобів для зберігання електронних відходів

Abstract

In this paper, an analysis of existing methods and means for storing waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) is carried out. Given the increase in the volume of such waste, accumulation becomes critical to minimize the negative impact on the environment. The main approaches to storage are considered: temporary storage in containers, separation of hazardous components, sorting and classification, storage in specialized landfills, encapsulation in inert materials, storage using inert gases and promising biological methods. Each of the methods shows a point of view of advantages and disadvantages for an informed choice of approach according to specific conditions.
