Abstract

A device for vibratory treatment of internal surfaces of tubular products comprises a carriage mounted on a frame using roller bearings with racks for installation of workpieces between sockets, a drive for rotation of workpieces consisting of an electric motor and a rotary gear, a mechanism of vibrational motions made in the form of a hydraulic vibrator motionlessly mounted on a rack, said vibrator through a stock contacts with one rack of a carriage, while adjusting springs rest against the opposite rack of carriage and are mounted between the fixed wall and carriage. Coaxially with the inner surface of tubular product a resilient sleeve with an internal cavity is mounted, which is connected to a generator of pressure pulses, in the case between the sleeve and inner surface of tubular product an annular gap is located.
