Abstract

A hydroshaker includes an immovable support and a movable support of the grip connected to a vibrator equipped by a drive and control mechanisms. The vibrator is made as spring-loaded inertial mass from one side with regard to the movable support and from another side with regard to a piston-like bushing pinned onto a power ram connected rigidly to the inertial mass. The piston-like bushing and the power ram enter into axial bores of the control mechanism's frame and make working hollows in it, in so doing the under-bushing's working hollow is connected to the ascending main and through a check valve and a throttle is connected to the closed working hollow under the butt of the piston-like bushing. In addition, the under-bushing working hollow is connected by the axial channels to the under-valve hollow of a valve of the second cascade of the control mechanism, and through the throttle is connected to its above-valve hollow which, in turn, is connected to the valve hollow of the valve of the first cascade of the control mechanism, which has two degrees and is pressed by the regulated spring to the adjusting saddle around the lesser diameter of the first degree, and around the larger diameter overlaps the connection of the closed hollow between the degrees of the discharge hollow. The valve of the second cascade is made so as to have the larger area on the side of the above-valve hollow and the lesser on the side of the under-valve hollow separated from the dicharge hollow by the adjusting saddle.
