Phase meter has laser that is optically connected to two acusto-optical modulators through semi-transparent and reflecting mirrors, inputs of optical modulators are optically connected through two angular reflectors, reflecting mirror and optical mixer with input of photo-receiver, generator for excitation of acousto-optical modulators with output connected to first input of mixer of electric signals, system of registration of phase shift, to its first input output of electric signal mixer is connected.
