Device for processing durations of pulses includes K groups that comprise n cells each, at that each cell has bistable element, element AND, and element OR, besides that, each of K groups of the device includes three elements AND, element NOT and first element OR. Additionally to each j-th group second element OR and bistable element of group are included.
