dc.description.abstract	In this thesis work provodena development and research of frequency for the microcontroller. The analysis methods for measuring the frequency and method of measuring frequency selection and justification of the errors that he will ensure the development of the block diagram, the description for frequency dividers. Made Electric calculation amplifier stage and conducted electrical circuit simulation, and developed a block diagram and electrical circuit of principle, PCB assembly drawing and the program for the microcontroller. It was made of economic, labor protectionand safety in emergency situations.	en
