Abstract

In the paper there has been analyzed the role of ethical and psychological principles of manager competence formation. There has been paid attention to the necessity of introduction of ethical and psychological subjects into the managers training plan and to formation of the content of educational subjects programs in accordance with modern requirements of business and management development.
