Анотація
The paper proposes an approach to developing a web application for visualizing changes in state borders over different historical periods. The application is based on a client-server architecture and utilizes modern web technologies for interactive display of historical data. The focus is on geospatial data processing methods, database integration, and territory change animation algorithms.
