Abstract

In this diploma project a technological process is developed for making of detail „Fork”. In technological part of this work it is certain type of production and form of organization of work, done analysis of technological of construction of detail, chosen method of making of purveyance on the basis of technological analysis, done calculations of admittances on treatment, realizable choice of clean and draft technological bases, projected technological process of tooling, and also executed size analysis of technological process. The previous planning of area of tooling is executed in addition, for this purpose certainly resulted program and the amount of machine-tools and works is expected on an area. Was also calculated economic effect of innovative solutions, which were accurately counted all necessary expenses, income is calculated, after which the results of calculation was determined payback period of investments. Addressed issues concerning occupational health and safety in an emergency. Were all the required requirements and relevant indicators calculated for all norms in the workplace. In graphic part there is the executed draft of detail, working drawing of purveyance, graphic image of route of tooling of detail and chart with a table, that explain the size analysis of technological process, and designed card setup on one of the operations. Also, assembly drawing machine tool accessories, with appropriate schemes calculate forces establishing and dimensional diagrams for accuracy. The relevant section of the shop machining parts.
