Abstract

Diploma project has the following sections: Feasibility study data recovery methods, which indicated the feasibility and necessity of introduction of new production process. In the technological part deals with the technological process of restoring the details and calculation of required modes of surface treatment that restored. In the design of the project given the calculation and description of the installation of new parts designed for spraying CNC. Calculation of economic efficiency demonstrated the feasibility and profitability of the installation and use of designed process. Chapters health and safety in emergency situations considered safety, environmental protection and planning for civilian protection. The work has all the necessary calculations. Drawings attached.
