Abstract

A push-pull balanced amplifier which comprises a first and second current sources, a positive and negative power buses, an input and output buses, a zero bus, a feedback resistor, twenty transistors, an input bus is connected to gates of fifth and sixth transistors, as well as to first terminal of the feedback resistor, gates of seventh and eight transistors are connected to gates and drains of third and fourth transistor correspondingly, as well as to positive and negative power buses with help of a first and a second power sources correspondingly, sources of third and fourth transistors are connected to sources of first and second transistors correspondingly , gates of first and second transistors are united and connected to zero bus. Drains of first, second, nineteenth, twentieth, as well as sources of ninth, tenth, thirteenth, fourteenth, seventeenth, eighteenth transistors are connected to positive and negative power buses correspondingly, drains of seventh, eight transistors are connected to drain of ninth and tenth transistors correspondingly, as well as to gates of seventeenth and eighteenth transistors correspondingly, gates of ninth and tenth transistors are connected to gates and drains of thirteenth and fourteenth transistors correspondingly, as well as to drains of eleventh and twelfth transistors correspondingly, gates of eleventh and twelfth transistors are connected to gates and drains of fifteenth and sixteenth transistors correspondingly, as well as to drains of seventeenth and eighteenth transistors correspondingly, as well as gates of nineteenth and twentieth transistors correspondingly, sources of fifteenth and sixteenth transistors are united, sources of nineteenth and twentieth transistors are united and connected to second terminal of the feedback resistor, as well as to the output bus. The amplifier comprises also twenty first and twenty second transistors, drains of fifth and sixth transistors are united, sources of fifth and sixth transistors are connected to sources of seventh and eight transistors, correspondingly, gates of twenty first and twenty second transistors are connected to gates of seventeenth and eighteenth transistors correspondingly, sources of twenty first and twenty second transistors are connected to positive and negative buses, drains of twenty first and twenty second transistors are united and connected to sources of fifteenth and sixteenth transistors.
