Результативність функціонування підприємств на засадах SEE-управління: оновлений погляд на стратегічне управління

Abstract

The aim of the article is to reveal the essence of some updated approaches to strategic management based on the enterprise performance using the models of authors Burennikova (Polishchuk) – Yarmolenko and indicators based on SEE management. The results of research on certain aspects of strategic management based on the enterprise performance have contributed to clarifying the main questions regarding its essence. It has been revealed that one of the key concepts of such management is SEE management using SEE analysis. A fragment of the strategy for balanced regional development of the Vinnytsia region for the period until 2027 is proposed in the context of SEE management, along with a list of indicators of the performance of processes in the activities of enterprises during the practical implementation of this strategy. It is emphasized that the strategy for managing the functioning of enterprises based on the components of the performance of certain processes should be viewed both as a complex of specific measures and as the results of calculating the relevant indicators of this performance that need to be achieved, as well as a dynamic process of providing enterprises with the necessary resources while considering the external environment conditions. This management requires the implementation of measures aimed at reducing the impacts of negative consequences on the functioning of enterprises. Such measures may include relevant SEE actions, i.e., regulatory actions to change the levels of performance indicators of enterprises in the process of SEE management. It is underscored that the paradigm of strategic management based on the methodology of SEE management, using the instruments of this management, expands the arsenal of means for its practical application. The opportunities that will arise for enterprises through the use of the SEE management methodology may contribute not only to the effective operation of these enterprises but also to ensuring effective strategic management of them
