Abstract

В даній роботі проводиться аналіз імовірнісних характеристик контролю виробів електронної техніки за рівнем власних шумів для етапів вхідного та вихідного контролю.In this paper analyzes the characteristics of probabilistic control of electronic wares in terms of own noise to the input and output stages control. Quality of the EW - a set of properties of products which determine the suitability of their use for other purposes within a certain time. Quality Control - the definition of the technical state of the product, its suitability or unsuitability for their intended use. Reliability - ability to store an object in time to set within the meaning of all the parameters that characterize the ability of an object to perform the required functions in a given mode and conditions of use, maintenance of service, storage and transportation Probability control - a measure of control results under ac-tual state of the control object.
