Current aspects related to the choice of a professional path and further employment among young people are considered. The article highlights the problems that may arise in the process of choosing a career direction and also focuses attention on the factors influencing the choice of a future specialty. The authors use an analytical approach to study this issue and provide readers with grounds for reflection on the importance of choosing the right professional path in the context of modern realities.
