Особливості реалізації інформаційної технології надання рекомендацій з військового обліку

Abstract

Like most European nations, Ukraine was transitioning towards establishing and sustaining an exclusively professional military service. However, Russian aggression since 2014 compelled the state leadership to reintroduce conscription for military service. The invasion of Russian troops into Ukraine in 2022 necessitated the replacement of conscription with a choice between basic military service and basic general military training. Additionally, initial general military training was introduced, and the rules for organizing and maintaining military records were updated. In conjunction with changes in regulatory and legal frameworks in the context of prolonged armed aggression, Ukraine has commenced the introduction of information technologies that encompass not only individual aspects but also constitute a novel ecosystem by integrating state registries with contemporary, rapid access to up-to-date information for citizens, officials, and military and political command. Nevertheless, it presents a significant challenge to comprehensively address multi-level registration systems and fulfill all requirements. Existing solutions simplify certain aspects of personal military registration, but there is no comprehensive software product that enables the verification of military registration data, the generation of requisite documents, and the execution of military registration at an enterprise, institution, or organization. It is specified in this study that, in order to expand the functional capabilities of computerized military accounting, intelligent information technology of expert systems is used, which provides recommendations on military accounting based on military accounting data.
