Abstract

A logic element comprises a transistor, two resistors, two capacitors, a common bus, a power bus, a device output, a device input. A switching element, a third and fourth resistors are incorporated into the device. As a transistor a double-base diode is used, emitter of which is connected to the power bus through a second resistor and to first lead of a second capacitor, second lead of which is connected to the device output.
