Abstract

Since the distribution electrical grids relate to such complex systems, for which, in particular, market conditions, the failure characteristics only in the form of "fit / unsuitable" are not sufficient enough, it is necessary to evaluate the performance index, which will allow to characterize the ability of REM to perform functions reliable and high-quality electrical supply. In this work, the possibility of developing an indicator of the quality of operation of electric networks with renewable energy sources, for optimal control of its modes, is given.
