Abstract

The purpose of this qualification work was to develop an automated workplace for the administrator and waiter of the cafe using the example of the Aqua cafe. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were solved: a study of the activities of the enterprise in question was carried out, its main business processes were described, the need to develop an automated workstation was substantiated; a brief analysis of existing analogues was carried out; the chosen strategy of enterprise automation; the information base of the software solution was designed; software solution implemented and test case provided; instructions for the user have been developed. To implement the software solution, it was proposed to use the Delphi programming environment and the MySQL database.
