Abstract

A magnetic induction frequency meter is proposed, to which a two-gate MOS-transistor, a bipolar transistor, two resistors, two capacitors and a hall element are introduced, a gate of a two-drain magnetic sensitive MOS transistor is connected to a first terminal of first resistor, which second terminal is connected to a first pole of first DC source; the substrate of two-gate MOS-transistor is connected to source thereof and the source of two-drain MOS transistor, the first gate of two-gate MOS-transistor is connected to the first drain of two-drain magnetic sensitive MOS transistor, an emitter of bipolar transistor, a first terminal of Hall element and a first terminal of first capacitor, which second terminal is connected to the base of bipolar transistor and first terminal of third resistor, the second terminal of Hall element is connected to the first terminal of fourth resistor, which second terminal is connected to the collector of bipolar transistor, second terminal of third resistor, third terminal of Hall element, first terminal of second capacitor and first pole of second DC source, the second gate of two-gate MOS transistor is connected to the second drain of two-drain magnetic sensitive MOS transistor and first terminal of second resistor, which second terminal is connected to the drain of two-gate MOS transistor connected to the second drain of two-drain magnetic sensitive MOS transistor and first terminal of second resistor, which second terminal is connected to the drain of two-gate MOS transistor, fourth terminal of Hall element, second terminal of second capacitor and connected to a common bus, the second output terminal is connected to the common bus.
