Abstract

New heterometal antimony(ІІІ)- and bismuth(ІІІ)containing coordination compounds of Copper(II) with N,N'-bis(salicylidene)semicarbazide have been synthesized. Using element analysis, IR-spectroscopy, magneto-chemical and thermogravimetric investigations have been examined the composition and structure of the complexes М1[CuL' М2Cl3] (where М1 = К+, NН4+; М2 = Sb3+, Bі3+; Н3L' = N,N'-bis(salicylidene)semicarbazide). It was investigated the electrical properties of the synthesized compounds and shown that they are low-semiconductors
