Abstract

In the master thesis the recommendations and methods for calculating the geometric parameters of the convex edges during the extraction operation were developed and suggested. The work analyzes the influence on the manufacture of parts of the geometric dimensions of the belt edge, the patterns between the geometric parameters of the belt edge and the billets are obtained, as well as a method for calculating the geometric parameters of the belt edge on the example of manufacturing parts of the "Radiator Cover" of various modifications. The economic calculations were made and the capital cost estimate for the development of a new technological process for its realization and implementation was estimated and the economic efficiency of the innovative solution was estimated. In the graphic part there are working drawings of details, workpieces, a graphic representation of the route of machining of the details, 3D model placement details and structural elements of the exhaust stamp, the sequence of creating a pull pattern in the program "Deform-3D".
