Методи та засоби підвищення ефективності виробництва і транспортування електроенергії за диференційованих критеріїв оптимальності

Abstract

The given dissertation is devoted to management of electrical power network (EPS) normal modes efficiency increasing in the conditions of the electric power balancing market and supply under bilateral contracts taking into account electric power polytypic sources. Thereby it is solved problems of an overall power plants and networks performance increasing at the set economic restrictions. The analysis of existing methods of electrical networks EPS normal modes optimisation is carried out. It is shown, that optimal control of the electric power sources loads allows to reduce electric power losses in an electric power system. Optimality criteria in the conditions of new market relations are received. It has allowed to generate conditions of optimal performance for separate subjects of the balancing market. Algorithms of normal modes EPS control with carry out a choice of power equipment optimum structure are developed, than effective functioning of electrical networks is provided. Working capacity and efficiency of the methods offered in work and algorithms is checked up by carrying out of power stations optimal loads accounts on examples of electrical power networks.
