Abstract

The study examines the challenges and modern approaches to monitoring the psychological state of military personnel with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). A comparative analysis of traditional methods and mobile applications utilizing artificial intelligence was conducted, justifying the selection of technologies for development by combining the iOS platform with OpenAI's GPT-4 model, which ensures a high level of accuracy and data processing confidentiality. The developed software and hardware system was implemented in a mobile application based on SwiftUI and Core ML, enabling high-quality and precise assessment of the psychological state of military personnel with PTSD. The model was tested on a sample of service members, confirming its effectiveness.
