Abstract

The proposed optoelectronic module contains an optoelectronic register, an optoelectronic element for resetting the module, switch for selecting counting direction, AND logic elements, and an OR logic element. Each bit cell of the register and the element for resetting the module contains a transistor, a light-emitting diode, two photodetectors, two isolation diodes, and resistors. The switch for selecting counting direction contains an RS-trigger and AND logic elements. The module has the inputs for writing and reading data, output, reset input, and timing signal input.
