Abstract

Contemporary approaches to investing in conditions of martial law are examined, with an emphasis on small businesses in Ukraine. Key factors affecting the investment climate are analyzed, including government support programs, alternative sources of financing, and international assistance. Opportunities for development, such as preferential lending, grants, and diversification of activities, as well as threats related to uncertainty, risks, and limited access to resources, are identified. The role of a comprehensive approach to investment that combines financial stability, crisis adaptation, and the use of digital technologies to ensure the sustainability of small businesses is emphasized.
