Abstract

The apparatus for drying disperse materials has drying chamber of boiling layer and mass-conduit with cooler. Inside the drying chamber springy elements and power piston hydro-cylinders are arranged on which there is fixed a jalousie gas-distribution grate. The working chambers of the power piston hydro-cylinders are connected to the drive hydro-system, this includes hydraulic generator of pressure oscillation of working liquid and hydraulic pump with drive from the first controlled alternating current electric motor. In the lower part the drying chamber of boiling layer is connected to the mains for the drying agent intake through calorifer and pressure fan with drive from another controlled alternating current electric motor and is connected by mass-conduit with the cooler in which there are installed partitions as pipes. In the lower part of the cooler there is arranged a discharge tank, and in the upper part of the drying chamber of boiling layer reception tank is placed.
