The dissertation work aims to study the possibility of using in inertial vibro-press-hammer with electrohydraulic control system the standard electrohydraulic valves as vibration exciters of the hydroimpulsive drive, which are operated remotely using a specially developed control systems, that allow the automatization and com-puterization of the popular vibrating equipment and allow to use standard electrohy-draulic equipment.
There were developed and theoretically researched the dynamic and mathematic models of inertial vibropress-hammer with electrohydraulic control system of the hydroimpulsive drive. The results were presented as a dependence between pressure changes in the pressure line and movement of the piston of the executive hydrocylin-der with their detailed description.
The developed electrohydraulic control system, which includes a control unit, pressure and movement sensors, analog-to-digital converter, PC and electrohydraulic valve allows you to control «by pressure» and «by frequency». Experimental re-searches were undertaken on the base model IVMP-16.
In the result of the researches there was noted, that eletrohydraulic control sys-tem can provide only a «pulsing» type of load with the oscillation frequency of the vibrating-table near 10 Hz and amplitude near 3 mm while it is driven by «pressure», and while it is driven by «frequency» it provides an «impulse» type of load with fre-quency near 35 Hz and amplitude near 3 mm.
