Визначення поля температур в зоні контакту вальцьованих заготовок

Abstract

Heating of billets to the required temperature for the improvement of plasticity under hot hot-acid deformation is specified in the article. The heating process and requirements to heating of billets from aluminum alloys, mechanism of heat distribution from the surface of billets, combined influence on heating of heat conductivity, heat capacity and density are described. Allowable temperatures of billet heating from aluminum alloys, recommended degree of deformation, flaw as a result of the wrong heating of billets (underheating, overheating, burning, thermal cracks) are outlined. Empiric formulas determining the value of temperature in the area of contact, diagrams of temperatures distribution across and along deformation zone on the surface of the rolled billets are presented.
