Оцінка ефективності функціонування системи поводження з твердими побутовими відходами

Abstract

The article presents a critical analysis of existing methods for assessing the efficiency of a waste management system (WMS). The need for an analysis of the effectiveness of the system of behavior is due not only to the need to identify its "problem areas", but also the search for ways of further development of both individual elements and the system as a whole. The author's methodology for evaluating the efficiency of waste management system with the difference of its quantitative characteristics is shown in the article. The presented assessment is a graphical generalization of the system's efficiency on the basis of balancing ecological, economic and social indicators

У статті наведено критичний аналіз існуючих методик оцінки ефективності функціонування системи поводження з твердими побутовими відходами. Представлено авторську методику оцінки ефективності системи поводження з відходами з виокремлення її якісних характеристик.
