Особливості масштабування Scrum як засіб підвищення ефективності бізнес-процесів

Abstract

The article discusses the features of scaling the Scrum methodology as a tool for improving the efficiency of business processes in large organisations. The paper presents an analysis of the main Scrum scaling models, in particular Nexus, SAFe, ScrumScale and LeSS, which differ in their approaches to team coordination, dependency management and integration of strategic goals. The key benefits of using scalable models are highlighted, such as increased transparency, reduced decision-making time, optimised workflows and improved communication between teams. Particular attention is paid to the role of corporate culture and technical tools in the implementation of scalable Scrum. The article also highlights the obstacles organisations face when implementing scalable models, including employee resistance to change, insufficient staff training, high implementation costs, and the risks of bureaucratisation.
