Abstract

The optoelectronic device for selection of maximum number comprises optoelectronic registers, an output optoelectronic register, the first AND element, a RS-flip-flop, a corresponding write and reading enable input of optoelectronic registers, an adjusting input, write inputs and a device clock pulse bus, device power buses and S-input. Rs-flip-flop inverted output is a device “End” signal output. Herewith there is an additional optoelectronic register and the second AND element. Each discharge cell comprises an optoelectronic quantified module.
