Abstract

The article deals with the problems of innovative changes in the educational environment, primarily informative and communicative direction of the development. The available range of educational technologies, techniques, methodologies and tools used prospectively and can be implemented in the educational process of higher education institution are analyzes. A special place is the consideration of the formation of informative and communicative training base, which is a structural com-ponent of the formation of the modern teaching of the learning process. The article reveals the features of the reorganization arrangements of traditional forms of university teaching and raising an informative and technical support. A promising trend of attracting innovative pedagogical developments in the educational process of higher education institutions in the example of training an engineer-designer is additionally provided in the article.
